Winter Falls University becomes the unlucky origin point for a monster created when Professor Chill’s virility potion is drunk by Wanker the janitor. Instead of turning him into a stud, he is transformed into a killing machine that takes revenge on the students and townspeople who abused him. The Army is brought in to halt the monster, with uncertain results.
